CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost. By booking an appointment, you agree that the card on file may be automatically charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
